What’s the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and Unlimited?

Pay-As-You-Go is perfect for starting small. You pay $97/month and only pay for the AI or call time you use (starter usage is included).

Unlimited is $244/month and gives you unlimited AI replies and messaging, plus enough monthly call time for hundreds of conversations. You can upgrade to Unlimited anytime.

For example, on PAYGo, after your starter credit most businesses spend under $12/month in usage. That’s about 400 messages and 60 short calls (that you didn't have to take). For most businesses PAYGo makes sense to start.

Do I need a new phone number for the AI?

Yes, and we take care of it for you during the onboarding. You’ll verify your identity and your business identity with the carrier. We walk you through the process in minutes.

You can:

Use the number as your primary business number and publish it on Google My Business (and anywhere else) and let your AI employee take calls directly.

or

Keep your primary number and forward calls after hours (just like an answering service) so no customer gets voicemail again.

Note: There is a onetime $1.25 charge from the carrier when we setup your number. This is required as part of the verification process.

Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?

If you don't have a site, for an additional onetime fee we can build your site for you and add the AI Employee. The monthly platform cost stays the same.

According to many sources (McKinsey, Harvard Business Review, SBA, etc.) nearly all companies are either using or considering using AI Employees (AI Agents) right now.
