What is the time commitment?

The ProfitDriver process is designed to not be intrusive to your daily operations. Most of the work will be handled by us. However we will need a commitment of some time from you, and your "referees" (6 customers, and 6 vendors).

Expect to spend 1 hour identifying your referees, an additional 4 hours completing the ProfitDriver online questionnaire, 2 hours reviewing your report, and an additional 90 minutes going over your report and discussing recommended solutions with Unleash Epic.

How much does the ProfitDriver cost?

The ProfitDriver Analysis costs a flat fee of $4997. This includes access to the ProfitDriver online assessment, detailed market research for your industry, interviews with your 12 referees, a comprehensive ProfitDriver report, a 90 minute interpretation session, and specific proven solutions to drive improvements in your business.

For businesses with $1M+ in revenue we guarantee that ProfitDriver will identify at least 10x in unlocked profit in your business. If we don't find at least $50K in untapped profit your ProfitDriver analysis is free.

What happens after the ProfitDriver is complete?

That's up to you. You will have all of the details from the ProfitDriver in your custom report. You will also have specific proven solutions to implement from our consultation.

However, it may make sense for us to continue to help you, so that you can confidently unlock your hidden profit. If invited into coaching, you’ll invest between $1,500 and $3,000 per month for our assistance.
